Shipping Categories

We offer three primary shipping methods depending on the product’s origin and level of customization:

1. U.S. Stock Orders 

Products that are in stock and ready to ship from our U.S. warehouse:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the 51 U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other remote territories.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, you can either select an expedited option at checkout or contact us directly by email or phone for assistance.

2. Spain Warehouse Orders

Some items ship directly from our main JOMA warehouse in Spain:

  • Delivery Time: Shipping from Spain typically takes up to 30 days from the date of your order.

  • Please note: This option may take longer due to international shipping logistics, but we are committed to updating you throughout the process.

3. Custom Team Orders

We proudly offer teamwear customization for clubs, schools, and organizations:

  • Delivery Time: Shipping time varies depending on product availability and the level of customization.

  • If no customization is required, orders are prepared and shipped faster.

  • For customized orders, delivery time will be quoted during order confirmation.

  • We are always available to help you plan timelines based on your team’s season or event schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied:

  • You may return most unused, non-customized items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customized items and team orders are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
